Lanza Landscape is a small scale landscape management approach focusing on Florida friendly practices. Owner operated and local services specializing in, Lawn Care, Landscaping, and Florida-Friendly Design.
Owned & Operated by Michael Masucci - Attended Valencia College from 2016 - 2019 and achieved an Associates in Science for Plant Science and Agriculture technology with a focus on Landscape Horticulture. Over 10 years of professional experience in the nursery and landscape industry. I started as a groundskeeper at Hoover's Market Health Store, then working as a Nursery Grower for Dewar's Nursery and moving on to working for Valencia College Grounds Department while finishing my degree.
My passion is the landscape.
I work small scaled projects and specialize in native plant species, selective hand pruning, and best management methods that utilize low-maintenance plants and environmentally sustainable practices.
Our concept of landscape design is problem solving through the use of horticultural science, artful composition, and spatial organization to create attractive and functional outdoor "rooms" for different uses.
Lanza Landscape is based in Forest City, Florida and offers multiple property management services in neighboring areas such as, Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Lake Mary, Winter Garden, Winter Springs, and more. Contact me to see if your area is covered.
Lanza Landscape takes pride in being certified by The Department of Environmental Protection (EPA) and The University of Florida's, Best Management Practices Florida Green Industries. These practices cover proper handling of fertilizer, pesticide, irrigation, lawn and landscaping techniques to improve water quality while maintaining agricultural production.
