Lawn mowing services
Our weekly lawn mowing services and bi-weekly lawn mowing services are exactly the same, the only difference is the frequency of service visits to your home. Weekly lawn maintenance is every seven days and bi-weekly lawn cutting services are every fourteen days. Our lawn mowing season starts in may until the end of November.
The lawn or grass will be cut at a height of around 3" to 3 1/2" for St Augustine grass and 2' to 2 1/2" for centipede grasses. This is the length that will make your grass look great and keep the weeds out. The longer and thicker grass helps prevent the lawn from being taking over by weeds.
All lawn maintenance services will include cutting of the grass, string trimming around obstacles, edging sidewalks and driveway and blowing off all your property hard surfaces.

These are estimated prices and will vary based on terrain slope, trees or excessive obstacles which can increase cutting time.
* Weekly Lawn Mowing Prices Start @ $30 + tax per visit.
* 14 Days Lawn Mowing Prices Start @ $35 + tax per visit.
* corner lot properties and large properties will be looked at and given a fair price.
* Mowing, sidewalk and driveway edging, string trimming and blowing is included with every visit.
* Service agreement is not required for residential customers, just pay for your cut after you receive your invoice via email or text and we will return for your next scheduled service visit.
* 14 days scheduled mowing is not a bi-monthly service. It is every other week.
Payment Policy
:Payment is due within 5 days of invoice receipt. A late fee of $5.00 will be added on the 6th day of non payment. If payment is not received within 10 days an additional $5.00 will be added and services will stop until the bill is paid in full.
If you skip a service visit, we cannot guarantee your current price. Our crews work on a schedule in order to provide you reliability
Our Long Grass Fee policy is in place to streamline service for you and to compensate the time It takes the strains equipment to mow grass that's over 6 inches high.
If, on your first mow, your lawn is between 6 and 9 inches tall, we will add a one-time fee equal to 50% of the typical mow price to compensate the effort . If your grass is between 9 and 12 inches high, you will need a on site quote .
If your lawn is over a foot tall, we may have to provide a customized quote, which you'll have to approve before we mow your lawn. We will wait for you to approve this quote before we return to mow.
The same rules apply if your grass grows taller than 6 inches because:
You choose to skip a mow
Wait too long to reactivate paused or canceled service
Reduce the frequency of your mows
How does this fee help you? Most other lawn care companies require you to pay a custom quote for your long grass or will not service an overgrown property at all. Having our long grass fee policy in place makes your service more likely to be completed on-time, and makes sure a fair payment for time and effort.
