We are a local, family owned lawn service provider that also provides other small landscaping requests in the Greater Philadelphia Area. We believe in quality and reliability. We pride ourselves in building a long-lasting relationship with our clients to better service their needs. We also believe in respect from our clients and understanding that lawns should be free of any small obstacles or animal feces. Time is precious for all parties, so to prep lawn of toys and dog poo will allow the relationship to grow.
Mowing:
Mowing is our core business. Whether you have a large, multi-acre, commercial property, or a small city lot, we promise to listen to you, and provide you with quality service.
String Trimming (Weed Eating):
In our opinion, trimming makes the lawn! Performed correctly with mowing, it gives the lawn a sharp and clean look. Because of the skill involved in making the lawn look neat without scalping the grass, we have only our experienced crew members do the trimming. We do trim whenever we mow for all customers.
We also know that there are many who love to mow their own lawn, but hate to trim (weed eat). If that describes you, we can help by visiting your property weekly or bi-weekly and just trim for you.
Blowing:
Blowing off the property occurs every time we visit a property. There is no additional charge, it's just part of leaving the property looking great.
Pricing:
We try to be competitive with our pricing. We believe in reliability, and convenience for our customers and employees. Our minimum price is $30. In 2019 our prices ranged from $30-$120 (price depends on size, obstacles and transitioning throughout the property).
* Bagging grass clippings is available for an additional charge of $3.50 per 38 gal. yard bag (includes hauling away). If you have a place on the property to dump the clippings, or allow us leave the bags of grass at your property, the charge is reduced to $2.50 per bag.
* The initial mowing will have a higher fee. After the first cut, the price will be consistent for the entire mowing season. Initial cut will be dependent on height of grass. If your property has not been maintained in months, the 1st cut will be high to cover extra time, wear and tare of equipment.
* If toys, dog poo or other small obstacles are left on the property, there will be a service charge to pick up. The charge will range between $10-$50 (dog poo clean up being the most)
* The trimming (weed eating) ‘only’ service is normally our minimum charge of $30. We do have arrangements with customers, where we trim their lawn for less, whenever we mow their neighbors' lawn. The reduced pricing is because we are already at the location, and no travel is required.
* We do provide a ‘Neighbor Discount’ for properties close enough that they can be conveniently serviced with one stop of the truck and trailer. For 2 properties, the discount is 10% each. For 3 properties, the discount is 15% each. For 4 or more properties, the discount is 20% each.
* $30 is always our minimum charge for traveling to a property and performing any work.

Payment is due at the time of service via cash, check, PayPal, Venmo or CashApp.
