Our vacation / AirBnB client turn over rental service is perfect for out of town vacation property owners and AirBnB owners. We do the dirty work and clean and maintain the rental units, change linen, dust and replenish usable items.
We feel that nothing is more relaxing for your vacation rental clients than a properly cleaned and manicured property upon arrival that is a beautiful sight and that speaks louder than any billboard or advertisement. Mowing Height—Most cool-climate grass types have a recommended cutting height between 2.5 and 3.5 inches. We generally cut grass at 3 to 3.5 inches because a lawn cut at this height will have a deeper root system and be more resistant to weeds and disease than shorter cut grass. During hotter and drier weather, a lawn cut at these heights will not brown out as quickly, and soil temperatures will be much lower lower.
Mowing Frequency—Regular weekly or bi-weekly mowing helps a lawn resist weeds, insects and disease. Infrequent mowing causes too much grass to be removed at one time! Infrequently-mowed grass also produces a lawn that looks thin, spotty or burned. Lawns cut weekly remain looking better between cuts than bi-weekly mowing.
