Carolina Lawn and Cleaning Services, is the Premier Home Cleaning Services and Lawn Care provider in the area. We focus not only cleaning your home, appartment, condo, or business, but we also take care of you lawn, garden, pruning trees, and debris removal. In the winter time we focus on snow removal to keep those driveways clear as well as cleaning services.
Cleaning Services:
Daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly exterior/interior cleaning available with photo documentation of your property while you're away. Additional related services available as well.
Lawn Mowing / Trimming:
All lawn areas will be meticulously maintained each visit. The frequency of the mowing service shall be designed and agreed upon by both parties. With each mowing we will trim around all buildings and other obstacles within the area. All miscellaneous debris resulting from our service will be removed from the grass areas prior to our departure. Excess grass will be raked or bagged as needed to maintain a neat appearance.
Weed Control:
We will maintain all flowerbeds, ornamental mulch beds and tree rings to make sure they are weed free.
Edging:
All sidewalks, driveways and curbs will be edged to maintain a neat appearance.
Sidewalk Weeds:
All seams and cracks in sidewalks and curbs will be kept weed free.
Lawn Care: Additional Services
Pruning / Hedge Trimming:
All ornamental shrubs, bushes, etc. will be maintained monthly to ensure a professional appearance.
Tree Trimming:
All lower canopies of select trees will be trimmed monthly to ensure a professional appearance.
Initial Clean-Up:
All leaves and miscellaneous debris will be collected and removed from the entire property as part of the initial clean-up.
Initial Mulch:
This will be the placement of mulch in areas where no mulch is present or is so deteriorated it needs to be replaced. Mulch layer shall not exceed 3-4 inches in depth.
Top Dress Mulch:
Areas that have been previously mulched and need a new layer. Mulch layer will be about 2 inches.
