We provide a staff of individuals with disabilities with supervisors to perform jobs and tasks that are not normally performed by companies.
No task is too small for our staff. From something as simple as walking the dog to higher levels such as lawn care and landscaping we provide inexpensive pricing for any task that needs completed.
This program is an intensive training service designed to assist individuals with developmental disabilities training and preparation for independent employment. The tasks we provide help develop skills needed to maintain employment, such as good attendance, consistent quality, customer service, high productivity, and good interaction skills.
The contributions these individuals make not only provide them with income but also a feeling of self-esteem and self-worth.
In addition to helping our individuals, we are making a contribution to the community in many ways. Providing others in need with affordable services, helping to beautify Cumberland and the surrounding area or even helping to build the morale of companies in the area by having someone around their workplace that makes everyone smile and knowing that their company cares about more than just a dollar.
