TK Lawn & Landscaping and The Dunnihoo Family are very blessed for the community's support and use of our services to help grow the knowledge, skill, and quality of work for all of the employees of our company.since 2015 and are very happy serving this community and being able to raise my daughter of 9 years old ,Avery, my son of 8 years old ,Rayden, and Youngest daughter at 7 years old, Kiya, in the same area me and my Wife Kay have grown up in all our lives. We are also very proud to be able to say we (4 years running) are Locally Owned & Operated in Savannah, Mo, and surround areas. We hope to have the chance to serve this area for another 4 yeas so we can keep gaining more knowledge and skill to be able to turn more Yards into Beautiful Lawns and backyard get-a-ways!
Our company is fully Licensed & Insured and we have been in business for 4 years now (2018). Our landscape technicians are very knowledgeable and strive for quality in all of our services offered at our company by the very well rounded/hard working crew and great nursery (MANN NURSERY AND LANDSCAPING material store) that work with the customer and my company to get the best plant, block/stone, or rock/mulch for each customers needs/desires. They can order even more materials for those special areas or to spruce up the curb appeal for the property. Each employee in the company plays a special and important part to making TK Lawns the way it is today. I would not have this great, hard working, goal oriented company to call my family's survival without these guys and gals!! - Designs also have multiple shapes, options, and goals-both wants and or needs.
- Flower bed maintenance-edging install/fix, mulch revamping (removal and or add/install new when needed),weed barrier fabric install weed pulling (biweekly/monthly), plant removal/re-installation,fountain rock bed, and a large variety of materials and designs for a New Flower bed for you and your families outside needs
- Stump grinding-small or large
- Retaining walls, fire pits, free standing walls, walk-ways, raised decorative tree rings,flag pole beds,
- Gutter cleaning(valleys blown out included, gutter brightening(outside color cleaning agents available to make color brighter/shine, and gutter rinsing (gutter insides, downspouts, and any mess cause by cleaning)
- Core aerating(pulling up multiple dirt plugs from all around lawn to make water and nutrients easy to be soaking into the loosened up ground) over seeding(adding the predetermined amount of existing seed or new type of grass seed desired by customer to the lawn everywhere grass has established to help thicken lawn and replace old grass that dies off yearly)
- Most materials have multiple options on most colors, styles and types of material to choose from.
- Basic mowing packages-Weekly cuttings include: mowing, string trimming, edging drive and front sidewalks, and blowing all grass off the concrete and hard surfaces.
- Tree trimming, elevation of lower canopy branches, and complete removal of trees(to be able to mow under, open up the view both behind and under the tree canopy, also to help existing grass or new grass seed grow healthier and stronger than previously with more sunlight reaching the ground)
- Shrubs- trimming/shaping/thinning, removal of unwanted shrubs, and new shrubs planted spring/fall(planted with peat moss, compost, root stimulant, and a good watering day of planting by our landscaper)
- Edging installs-Natural cut dirt edge, decorative stone or granite edging, aluminum edging (green/Brown) Steel in black, brick or block edging, large rock edgings, or almost any other edging that is asked (if we are capable of doing this type of service)
- Power washing, house washing( Mold and mildew cleaning, dirt, cob webs, dust, your property's yearly cleaning date, to keep your investment clean and nice looking, and ( if applicable) up to your h-o-a standards or community standards),concrete cleaning(no oil stains or tar but most other stains are cleanable) deck and fence cleaning(mold/mildew cleaner,stripping old stain and or prep new materials)
