E.T. Property Maintenance was founded in 2007 under the name Taylor’s Lawn Care (TLC), by a young student and his Father. The concept was simple; provide high quality lawn care, to friends and neighbours, at a reasonable price. Taylor had great success with this model and after a few years the company was taken over by his younger brother, Derek.
In 2017, Taylor`s Lawn Care was purchased by Trent James and his partner Eric Guernsey and re-branded E.T. Property Maintenance. Although the company has undergone a transition of ownership, the basic commitment to providing quality service has not wavered.
