Todd Abrams at Big Heart Landscaping just completed a large job-1,000 foot of pavers for us. It went as smoothly as any in my experience. Todd personally wrote the proposal, scheduled the work and was on site every day to instruct workers and plan for the next day. He was amazingly responsive to every inquiry/request made. His staff is smart, helpful and hard-working. The project started a day early (with our approval) and finished on time. No hitches. Todd is the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He provided a landscape and hardscape drawing. His overall bid was very fairly priced and came in lower than 3 other bids. The work is of the highest quality with extreme attention to the base layers of gravel and sand and also to the grading of the pavers to facilitate drainage. He also installed about thirty feet of French drain. The recent rains have demonstrated the success of his attention to drainage. No puddles! I am VERY happy that we chose Big Heart Landscaping and will use them in the future for other projects.

We found Big Heart Landscaping after speaking to our neighbors and 2 friends. I must express how happy I am with their services. Todd Abrams and his crew were friendly, hardworking and they delivered exactly what they promised. Big Heart Landscaping pulled up our old grass, graded the yard and put down new sod. They created flagstone path from our driveway to our deck. Big Heart Landscaping created a huge curved flower bed along the entire length of our yard and put mulch down. (Everything Looks beautiful!) Todd coached us through the process of watering the new sod. I stuck with his tips and the grass looks beautiful, now after 2 months. We finally have our dream backyard. My wife and I are very happy and we will use Big Heart Landscaping for future projects!

Prior to Big Heart Landscaping, I had to coordinate with four different providers to cut my grass, provide fertilization, maintain shrubs, flower beds, and do power washing and lighting work. It was never clear who my contact with each business was and how to get work estimated, planned and scheduled. When problems occurred getting a resolution was an even more difficult and complicated process. Big Heart Landscaping changed that with one stop shopping for all my property maintenance needs, world class customer service and high quality work.
