Q: What does your typical service include?
A: Our typical service includes, mowing, trimming and blowing.
Q: Can I set up automatic payments?
A: At this time, we cannot setup automatic payments but we hope to offer this in the future if there is enough interest.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, All Major Credit Cards, and Checks. Credit Cards can be accepted online (Credit card processing fee $1.00). Bounced Checks will incur a $30.00 fee to cover bank and office fees.
Q: Do you offer Residential and Commercial lawn and landscape services?
A: Currently, we are only offering Residential services that are typically less than half an acre.
Q: Are there late fees?
A: Yes, for No-Contract Service Agreements, your bill is due by 11:59pm on the 7th day after service (Day of service is day one). If no payment is received within 7 days, you will incur a $10 Late fee. Your next service can not be performed without being up to date on your payments, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
