Mowing services:
T.M.P.M offer regular lawn maintenance, with a push mower or rider mower, per customer lawn needs. Our goal is to create a personal and professional relationship, by offering these service at an all flat fee, this eliminate the need of contracts, or agreements that other competitors offer. We are able to service your lawn with the equipment mention with patterns in lawn, at the customers request.
Edge Cutting:
T.M.P.M. offer edge cutting at a reasonable price, set aside from mowing, it is a service that require attention to detail. We will ensure that when we service your lawn, it is also edged. We will ensure you we not to cut to far away from the edge as too much space from the edge will allow weeds to flourish.
Weed Removal: (coming soon)
Weed is caused by bare spot where weed flourish the most, some weed such as violet are easy mistaken as weeds. However, weeds flourish where there is space in the lawn, referring to bad area, such as dirt spot. Another area would be close to the drive way, or close to where a resident trash can sit. Weeds are different and some are difficult to removal. Thistle, Broadleaf, Clover, Creeping Charlie and Violet are the ones consider, amongst professionals, to be the most difficult. In the meantime, weed removal by hand is available, labor is not an issue for Christian Liggins.
Flower Bed Restoration:
Flower bed are the most essential to a beautiful lawn, and once your flower bed has been restore back to exuberance, then the property value is increased. Most flower bed are in need of servicing at least once a month, this will prevent weeds, and other unwanted infestation in the flower bed. Most flower bed are outline with bed lining, or either mulch to retain moisture. Turf Maintenance & Property Maintenance recommend this along with lawn servicing.
Spring and Fall Cleanup:
During the Spring this would be the time to allow your lawn to flourish for the summer time, spring cleanup would include grooming of lawn, meaning over seeding time, or either new sodding for bare lawn. Fall cleanup would mean lawn care maintenance using a push mower or ride mower and cleaning of leaves on resident property, this also would include gutter cleaning.
Winter Snow Removal:
This service has its benefit from salting and snow removal of sidewalk, to driveway, and walkways. During this cold weather, this includes a one time free visit to service your sidewalk, walkway, and driveway once a month. We stand behind our service and guarantee result. Curbside snow removal is offered, just ask about it.
