The Green Seed is not your typical mow and blow landscaper, while we can provide lawn care services we can also offer a much higher level of service. We have experience with a wide variety of landscaping plants and we are familiar with our local weeds.
We prefer to take a more eco-friendly approach to landscaping. we like to avoid chemicals whenever possible and we can offer suggestions for effective alternatives. we are an advocate of using native plants in landscaping and Austin has experience and training in native plant care. We am also familiar with invasive species and if they are present in your garden we can and will inform you so that they an be dealt with before they take over. We also encourage mulch mowing if the grass is not too tall because this recycles nutrients in the clippings back into the lawn and reduces the need for fertilizer which is better for the environment.
The Green Seed is a family owned and operated business ran buy Austin and Emily; Austin is an OSU college graduate who is an educated and knowledgeable landscaper with a passion for gardening.
