Our Services

Here is an overview of the services we provide.

  • Residential and Commercial:
  • *All sales/services are final and no refunds will be given.
  • A service charge of $55.00 will be charged for any returned check. Customer will be responsible for all costs of collection, including without limitation, Court costs and reasonable attorney fees in the event that it becomes necessary for to resort to legal measures to collect any amount owed under this agreement.
  • From residential to commercial lawn mowing services, tree pruning, trimming, lawn edging, weeding, clean-ups, fertilizing, aerating, lawn treatment service, landscaping, snow removal, design and consulting we do it all to ensure your taken care of year-round.   • Limitation of Liability: The contractor will exercise reasonable care to avoid damage to pavement, curbs, trees, and shrubs. However, the contractor is not responsible for any damages including and not limited to A) damage to landscaping. B) Damage to items that are snow-covered or not visible. C) Damage caused by equipment when tree, shrub and sidewalk areas are not reasonably delineated due to snow accumulation. D) Personal injuries resulting from slip and fall accidents; and/or E) Acts of God, including but not limited to extraordinary weather conditions. The contractor is not responsible for snow banks built up by plows after service has been rendered, or ice that forms caused by melting and refreezing after requested services were originally provided.
  • Provision for Default and Cancellation: Unless stated in the contract, either party may terminate this agreement at any time with a 30-day advance written the notice. Cancellation date will be the day such notice is received. In the event of cancellation, the customer will be responsible for all costs of services rendered up to the cancellation date. Customer defaults without notice, the customer will be held liable and fully responsible for Early Termination fee and or damages of 30 days worth of service due upon receipt. 30 days of service will be billed according to the service contract. If contract services are billed per service, the customer will be liable for damages in the amount for the previous 30 days billing costs prior to default termination and will be due in full upon receipt. A final invoice will be sent to the customer within 30 days after notification for the balance due.

  • Indemnification. The owner shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the contractor, its owners, employees and subcontractors from and against any and all claims, damages, reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses which the contractor incurs as a result of a claim or claims brought by the owner or any third party, arising out of any wrongdoing, negligence and/or breach of contract by the owner alleged or otherwise, or any Act of God, including but not limited to extraordinary weather conditions, that is related, in any manner whatsoever, to the premises or the owner’s involvement with the premises or the services, including but not limited to personal injuries resulting from slip and fall accidents.
  • Hassle Free Lawns by Huffman reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site, Services and paid invoice(s) after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.

Hassle Free Lawns By Huffman has serviced our commercial building for years now. They are dependable and are always willing to offer advice on how to improve our properties. I really appreciate that they are always available to discuss any concerns or questions especially when they are working on our larger landscaping projects. I highly recommend Dan and his staff!
