Here is an overview of the services we provide.

  • I am a Solo Owner operator Property Maintenance provider Licensed,Insured and Bonded. Serving South Hill Puyallup. No Contracts you can stop service at anytime. Lawn cuts, Aeration, Thatching, Seeding, Mulch, Fertilizers including Humic applications for specialty lawns, Pruning and yard clean ups, Power pressure washing concrete with a commercial surface washer and more. All personally owned commercial grade equipment and blades sharpened weekly.
  • Dandy Lawn offers many forms of payment options. The preferred method is using Zelle. You may pay via check/cash in person or mail. Square in person or Square cash. --- PayPal, Zelle, Venmo can be made by using email address [email protected] . If paying via PayPal to a business you will be responsible for including any fees for the payment. Paying PayPal as a friend has no fee if you prefer. If you prefer paying to a business and need to know the fee please contact me and I can re-invoice you with the fee included in the invoice. You may also pay via Credit card by using the secure Stripe Credit Card Services. You will be charged a $3.00 convenience fee when using the Stripe Credit Card service. Just click on view invoice below for using Credit Card Payments. Gratuities are accepted but not required or expected. If you are on a schedule you will be billed every week Saturday to Saturday for the weeks services. Invoices will be due no later than 7 days from the invoice date. A $20.00 late fee will be assessed if not paid by the due date and then again every 30 days past the due date. You will also be responsible for any future charges as a result of a late payment.

Dan is Amazing! He has a keen attention to detail and takes his time to make sure the work is done properly. He’s extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the people he is working for and the yards he is working in. He is an exceptional human being, and that translates in his work. I first hired Dan while my husband was deployed overseas. A girlfriend recommended him, saying that he was very trustworthy and someone you would not mind having around, with little ones in the house, while your husband was deployed. She was correct.
